Help a South African School Competition 2016 Ts&Cs

  1. The competition is open to school children up to the age of 13 in the UK
  2. Closing date for collage entries is Friday 26th May 2017
  3. Only original collages will be accepted
  4. Collages should be a maximum of A1 in size (594x841mm)
  5. Entries received without an entry form attached to the back will be classed as invalid
  6. We are not able to return any of the collages but it will be possible for you to collect your school’s entry in person from the delivery address, before Friday 28th July 2017
  7. First prize is a cheque for £1,000 AND a workshop by BBC presenter Stefan Gates in your school; second prize is a cheque for £1,000; third prize is a cheque for £500. All cheques will be made payable to the school
  8. We will arrange the workshop and prize giving ceremony to take place in your school before the end of the 2017 summer term, according to the availability of Stefan Gates
  9. Certificates will be sent to all schools from which we have received a valid entry at the end of the competition
  10. The prizes will be awarded to the entries that have, in the judges’ opinion, submitted the most relevant and original collages and who have therefore received the highest score
  11. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into
  12. The final judging will take place no later than the 2nd week in June 2017 by a panel including at least one independent member.   13. The winning schools will be notified no later than Friday 23rd June 2017
